I know of one Fund that sold not because they don't believe in the resource, but they have limited funds to trade and don't want to be held up in a stock that will probably go side ways for some weeks/months. I actually asked the question when will you buy back in and they said a hint of a TO or when the Mojo moves back into the stock. Mojo I presume means numerous and obvious factors. Its a hold or accumulate and wait as the resource is there!
