    MGY is a forgotten graphite stock and probably undervalued n its graphite project alone

    This gold acquisition will put them back on the map in a big way

    Consideration is $3.5 million in shares at current MGY share price for an existing deposit and surrounding exploration upside with very broad, very high grade historic intersections
