I don't know why you say that but, whatever the reason, you have jumped to the wrong conclusion.

Many people took in that placement. I was one of them. I haven't sold any.

I know some others who participated and they haven't sold either. Perhaps some people have sold a few - I don't know; it's sheer guessing but if they did it would be a bit shortsighted.

Since the stock fell to 2.3c after the placement at 3c that you are complaining about not being offered, did you buy on market at 3c or below??

BTW, I have nothing to do with the company. But let's be reasonable. The placement was tiny, no doubt to minimise dilution. It was quick and would have been relatively cheap. Rights issues are a lot more trouble and not worth it for a tiny raising like that.
