Why should the share price rise if the bid determines the price?
The price will only rise when buyers come into the market. The project still has so many hurdles to clear despite the mda being granted. Management has been asleep for the last few months before the mda was granted and basically a huge hole is opening up now. Unfortunately, this cannot be plugged with positive news. Anything else is window dressing.
