Have managed to get a copy of the High Court ruling. From my simple and non legal mind it seems pretty pointless to push ahead. But then what do I know, lawyers are much smarter than me and make more money.
We have already paid USD100k to them for this back in 2018 and which is gone. With all the lawyers costs on top of that I would hate to think what this has cost the company.
In the quarterly cashflow we had just over a million dollars in the bank which was enough for a bit over a quarters spending. I do not think that would have included money to be spent on an appeal with expensive lawyers.
Please can we just focus on the bauxite now Shannon.
