After a slight disappointment this morning(I think the majority here believed that this case is already won and its only matter of time) I agree with you.
It seems that the appeal will have the same outcome.
Also, there is an ongoing defamation case against Lindian ongoing which might result in 500 000USD fine.
They should focus on the main project and make sure they won't get screwed over again.
