The defendant didnt even have any mineral rights or ministerial approval to transfer to LIN?
Alex I thought you said the company was reclaiming mining rights to one of the biggest REE resources in the world? There are no rights or approvals to even transfer/claim?/
Apparently the company even knew this when they "conceded" to the magistrate as to having known it!
The magistrate said its just a binding for a future agreement. No guarantee that agreement will ever occur. This sounds like an MOU. Its nothing to claim on legalyy at all.
Even the $100k deposit was written in as nonrefundable.
Whats going on Alex this sounds like a complete hoax . You speak to Shannon and then relay the news. How could you have overlooked this?
I do hope Ive got this wrong. Or the company has wasted shareholder time and confidence if this article is true. As there was no case at all to be had.
