Hard times with every 0.01 cent dropped nearing a further 10% lost.Holders cant keep taking these hits before wanting to save what they have left. Domino effect. Management have been very confident on this case. Now they need all to await many more months yet again with lessened likelihood. Sounds like being strung along by profiting lawyers. Too much loss of trust in management accruing.
