Add to your post Sparky GBE this am went into another TH regarding "mining lease". Appears they will announce their long awaited approval and this - being the first large scale mining approval in over a decade will pave the way forward with the pro active govt for much quicker - smoother - professional ML approvals for the likes of SVM. The critical "Development Agreement" terms will be laid bare and a pre cursor for all other companies - clarity. Market loves de risking and clarity - not beuarocratic talk and delays.
