I am assuming that Mr. Wong Tack is once again attacking Lynas but it his motivation I am questioning…
Perhaps Mr. Tack has many contacts who short LYC over period of time until Mr. Tack decides to creates a press release threatening Lynas with some form of legal action. His actions tank the share price and makes Mr. Tack and his friends (and possibly himself indirectly), rather wealthy...
An independent investigation into Mr. Tacks actions and any recent financial gains could put Mr. Tack on the defense and perhaps uncover nefarious activity...
I am not directly accusing Mt. Tack of any wrong doing but I am sure he knows this most recent stink bomb has little or no chance of judicial success. This leaves an alternative motive, market manipulation, as a very good possibility... Just sayin…
