Condisoil was an excellent solution and I strongly believe the Malaysian government made an extremely poor decision to dismiss condisoil. Had they approved it, Lynas would have been producing condisoil by now and the continued accumulation of WLP on site would not be an issue. There wouldn’t have been a need to relocate C&L or build a PDF. Not to mention the water millions of dollars spent on R&D developing condisoil. It was a total stitch up by the Malaysia government.
Im hoping the company will provide more clarity on their plans moving forward with the Th removal process in due course.
