Always thought/hoped they would capitulate with their stupidity and see the ongoing benefits of Lynas in Malaysia, especially when this was going to be played out in the courts soon. This provides for a win-win for both parties and common sense and science has finally prevailed.
Best outcome for us long term shareholders now with the increase in processing (from other Aus RE miners??) and production capacity this enables!!! DYOR
