Unless I have misread the statement from Lynas it appears that they are saying that the new Government is against the idea of re-use of the benign waste (as Condisoil or anything else) and have been aware of that position for some time.
This is the first time I recall seeing anything from Lynas indicating Condisoil will not get approved....
