There is absolutely no truth to this claim whatsoever. As a condition of Lynas TOL the company was required to submit a letter of undertaking stating the company would remove all wastes form Malaysia if required during the TOL period. The Ministers had to clarify the requirement a number of times due to people like Fuziah and Wong attempting to purposely confuse the public over the matter with their scaremongering and disinformation.

While on the subject of scaremongering and disinformation/defamation.
