I see the Chinese conspiracy theories are starting to circulate again. The Lynas issue in Malaysia has nothing to do with China. Lynas is restoring ROW confidence in using RE which is what China wants. Having a complete monopoly over the RE industry would ensure demand destruction as ROW companies would not take the risk of using RE if it was only available in/from China.
The Lynas issue is purely a Malaysian political issue.
