I hear you. Surprised SP is not lower to be honest. Lynas needs to obtain a special export license and sell the residue to a recycler in the region on a time based contract until waste management plan issues are resolved. Hopefully after NEXT not a penny more is spent on the plant and seek "strategic expansion". I am sure someone in China will be happy to purchase it then sell landfiller back to Malaysians for fat profits.
