I think the 13,000 oz is too optimistic.
The trial parcel of 2066 tonnes produced 323 oz so at that run rate the remaining 38,000 tonnes is likely to produce around 6,000 oz.

38,000/2066*323=5940 oz or around $7M profit (if costs are around $500 oz) of which $3.5M would by Unity's share.
