    It was me who made the claim.

    FWIW I won't be voting for the extra 10% until I know why they want to do it.

    How about they come clean on the proposed transaction that was mentioned in the last interview with the MD and then I'll decide (along with other shareholders) weather or not the shares should be issued.

    Whatever happened to full disclosure.


    This latest law allowing an extra 10% of shares to be issued is just another example of how the little guys get screwed by management/larger shareholders.
