Hey Woody - agree that the commercial terms are obscure, and that it feels a little like you give a lot and take much less, but to say it is an international No-Go zone is going a bit far. Devil is in the detail with commercial terms, and large internationals like B2Gold, Resoulute, and Barrick can make it work. My view is that unlocking value here involves completing the MRE update, (hopefully identifying some higher grade, and completing the DFS.
