The 3 months says to me not necessarily that they have a rough idea… the PFS is a good enough sniff test… its more how eager they are to get this business and any other spin offs for it for the state of china… ie. Offtake, finance etc…
They are putting their foot in the door… and I suspect from here, there whole body will get in the way…
Its basically November now, so in 3 months, we will have their estimates…. More news flow, more assurance…
