I would imagine some sort scrip for scrip arrangement whereby we receive x share in newco for every x share held in MLL, less whatever holding is to be allocated to said cornerstone investor.

This is totally theoretical though, I don’t know if any such discussion is taking place, just my speculation for how we may possibly achieve the stated goal of maintaining a sharp individual focus on each asset.

In playing the other side of the coin the statement could simply mean that once DFS comes in Lithium will be totally parked and management won’t make any efforts to extract value from the asset at all until lithium recovers, however I think that would be highly unlikely given the value of the asset, which the DFS will show is quite substantial.
