Regular update is very important.
It shows directors care about all holders small or large.
It shows directors are organised to achieve their goals.
It shows directors respect holders.
So far PEX directors only achieved good drill results, but at the end of day it is holders own the company. Holders need to be respected and updated regularly (as often as possible). I feel PEX only update holders after a few months of results.
