    Not sure what the ASX rules would allow. Some companies announce the option to acquire based on DD. Then the DD could drag on for months... not sure if we would be able to do that in this situation. In our situation its possible we have to acquire, announce the date and start trading on that date so there wouldnt be any lead up. All speculation.
