If they were to commit 50M to the WA tenements vs 5M from 1MC for a 49/51 split do you think SYA holders would thi k that is fair? Is SYA management operating in the best interests of SYA holders in that senario? Your inference that SYA may of raised for that purpose in reality means 1MC need to raise cash or SYA need to cut the agreement away.
Cutting it away and paying out 1MC might be the best thing, then they can use SYA as a lithium co and 1MC as gold or graphite.
