1. Minimal shares on offer
2. News due, maybe a little leak in the hull
3. Cannot remember exactly the $$ but our mc in relation to our investment in deg I felt our true value was around 2.40
4. Ed E has connection to Joe Gutnick.... Anything (good or bad) possible.....
