The warden/magistrate/judge wants to get on the WASC or HCA and doesn't want their judgment appealed as this will make their career appear to be less than stellar. It's been over two months for a written judgment in a case that all parties apparently agreed to beforehand?

Just how much caselaw did the objectors quote in the Warden's Court in May? Must have cited every case back to Heydon's Case.

The exploration work seems to be good and methodical (that's the point - they're not random holes [ahem - we assume]). It ain't fast, that's for sure. I thought you'd really want RC not aircore, but once again, being very selective might be the way to keep cash in reserve.
