Seems to be a sentiment coming out and there is lots of confusion about what is happening. More importantly one very important tenement has not been granted.
Woiuldnt hold your breathe on CAD.
My sentiment of sitting on the sidelines to moivng along and going elsewhere maybe be prudent.
