Regarding the Mallina West assays, the Quarterly Activities Report states:

"RC and diamond drill samples from the program pending, with results expected in the coming quarter"

Considering that the report is for the period ending 31 March, that means this current quarter.


Regarding your comments on KZR's disclosure obligations concerning the Ashburton acquisition:

ASX Listing Rule 3.1:
"Once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity's securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information."

Once KZR management know with certainty, they will make an announcement to the market. DEG paid $3M for the right to take their time and not to be rushed. Now NST is in the driver's seat and they have no incentive to rush for KZR's sake. At most we have a few more months to wait before we find out.
