Regarding essays, the only explanation in my mind that delay was before sending to the lab.

Regarding DEG option, you perhaps misunderstood my point. (I am not suggesting any information is currently known to the company that has not been disclosed and thank you for refresher on ASX rules)

My point is that the option given to DEG would have not (unless specifically written into the contract) automatically transfer to a different legal entity. I would imagine that KZR had no such obligation, as it would be strange to have a clause in the contract with DEG which allowed DEG to transfer the option to a third party without KZR's consent.

I therefore think that KZR agreed to transfer the option to NST. (And it didn't necessarily have to).

I am surprised this was not formally announced.
