Bit confused about this. The original facility was a Cannabis growing facility and it was supposed to be finished in early 2020. This is now morphed into a CimetrA production facility. Not sure what "completion schedule" they are talking about. In any case, MXC has certainly moved away from a Cannabis company now and seems to be pinning its hopes on a basic anti-inflammatory product.
Noted is the capacity of 20,000 doses per day. They have to find a market for that volume - and I don't think they sell more than 20,000 per year at the moment.
Why they are having an official opening ceremony seems odd as they have yet to install any equipment to start production - and no timeline for that it would appear.
