Well that formality done & dusted with Maltese Parliament, let progress commence with their $5 million they have in the kitty to set up operations in a beneficial environment in more ways than one.

Please note the following is purely my own opinion & speculation:

I have thought since this deal was announced that MXC may strike up a JV with one of the other 4 Malta International players, to intensify their stake in global markets. There was talk a while ago on this board regarding a JV.

From their articles & ANNs, it’s fantastic they have full control over their supply chain from R &D, seed to production of pharmaceuticals & dermatological products. So maybe I’m wrong, they will go it alone in their professional way, however can see this happening. Really good ANN. GLTA
