Now the reality is that IT services is tough, always has been since the arrival of the big offshore entities about 10 yrs ago. So why don't you just say so? Take a look at EPD, Share price hasn't gone anywhere in 10 yrs despite all the wins and acquisitions. Others have either gone backwards too or bought out. I wouldn't be listing an IT company with any services in it, just pure IP or Saas.

WAM should have known better. They will exit within 6 months as they don't tolerate spin.
