I fail to see the need for him at all unless you want to invest in other project, you said the other are clueless but in fact no-one that no-one has a say in this project so I see him as a overpaid desk feature.
We have two large fund managers that are experienced in investing to make money and isn't that what we want ? the goal they share is to sell as soon as possible and that means when STO makes there move.
Sack all except anyone that can sell this, employ a promotional company for presentations as they probably do now and then there isn't anything to do but wait and save a fortune because all we are at the moment is a company with lots of cash to be milked that's all that's happening now and will continue until it changes for the shareholders.
incentives are just a RIPOFF when it will happen anyway.
If this goes on for another 5 years just how much will that add unto PAY + FREE SHARES $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
