I have no problem with Engineers! I think you will find most MD’s in small to mid size companies in this sector are Engineers, Geologists or Accountants. Look on the bright side - he is not a bloody lawyer! Has a good CV and was the Chief Operating Officer of Red River so more than comfortable with his appointment. I did meet him at last years AGM and he seemed very level headed and certainly not up himself. Happy for him to be running the show rather than some blow in who has to familiarise himself with the company.
