it's simple maths and economics.
dont think of it as a ratio, think in terms of cold hard $$$$
produce it where electricity is cheap, send it where they need power.
50kwh to produce 1kg of H2,
so if electricity is only 2c/kWh in Oman,
it only costs $1 of electricity to make 1kg.
then you ship it to Europe and sell for $10/kg.
that is $9 up your sleeve for shipping, ground transportation, production Capex, retail costs and lots of
profit.
