I owned quite a few Fmg shares a couple of years ago, inspired by all the talk and the prospect of green hydrogen. Fmg, mining for now and investing in future technologies……the dividend became less as more profits were invested into FFI, meanwhile time went on and still not a milk carton worth of useable green hydrogen produced. There were, however, a lot of important meetings and speeches and massive government subsidies.
I’m very cynical now and think none of it was ever real or viable, just money for mates.
