One article I read advised that 700 people would be offered redundancies. Some people nearing retirement would welcome a redundancy. I was hanging out for a redundancy, and was never fortunate enough to be offered one. I know several who took a redundancy were very happy as the extra money set them up to go in a different direction or deoending on age more money into their super. Just looking at it in a different way.
