First instinctive thoughts are about the caveat which if affective is nor good for Valad. Second thought is about doubting management decision will protect shareholders interest. Third thought is about recently announced significant shareholders not being happy about this. I was hopeful for a takeover by a competent REIT but now it appears we are waiting to see the full mbo proposal.
