Look I agree with you all. I think we need to all make clear to VPG that we wish the value to shareholders to be protected, inclduing by action against the Board personally if there is any undervalue.

We want full NTA and that should be a very significant increase on the current share price. The total VPG NTA is about twice the current price, and we need to clarify the proportion relation to Valad Europe.

Lets make it difficult - we will win either way - the SP will go up following the announcment and wider publicity, and it should increase during the negotiation process. These things usually just do.
