    Who is Hurley trying to kid??????? He has driven the share price down to 5c (pre con) and now wants to take leave so there is no conflict of interest when he bids for VPG assets.

    The fact that the board is one that he has been controlling throughout the spiral creates an absolute conflict of interests.
