    The business the directors wish to buy is Valad Europe, a funds management business with $7.8 billion AUM today.

    Normally, the management fee is about 10% of the gross rental revenue. Valad Europe contributes about 50mil annually. for a business at this scale, Its market value should be above 150mil.

    The SP will be kept down for a while until the immoral manageteam be punished.
