    Other offer/s or interest must have threatened the mbo team otherwise they would not have put forward an incomplete proposal. There is conflict of interest given the mbo team are privy to other party's interest. The other parties won't be happy. Neither are sh. who were not aware other parties made approaches to the very people wanting to buy out the same assets.
