This is "BS" as it was clear Mike Young was planing to cut the ribbon as VMY moved to production,.. I can only see it as mike was pushed..
Just like a factory when you switch from being an exploration company to an actual permitted mine developer you need different tools. Vimy needs a different kind of management with very different skills so are in process of retooling. This is a good thing to ensure success.
