Agreed. Also Dean being emotionally attached prevents him from making tough choices in regards to employees not pulling their weight or just making people redundant in general. A fresh CEO with no attachment to the staff will have no issues moving people on if it is for the best.
We are going to have record numbers in Revenue and GMV and presumably all other numbers associated this quarterly but I won’t be surprised if the cost savings don’t show up in this quarterly. Last Quarter we were struggling to fill positions in warehouses and that doesn’t resolve quickly. Might be lots of OT being paid and labour hire costs to keep up with the record quarter.
Side note it would be nice to meet the new CEO via a Webinar before the quarterly
