Judging by DT's posts in here, he isn't too happy about his exit and isn't going to be helping the new CEO or business transition at all. Pretty poor from a bloke who claimed it as his baby.
HIs comments on the other thread calling the new CEO "hardly impressive" and "no entrepreneurial experience" is probably the right move for the business given how many entrepreneurs are below him. Needs a steady head financially to perhaps give reason to any far fetched ideas and keep the company afloat for at least this phase of the business cycle.
In the end, DT is just an architect so what more could shareholders expect.
