I think DT exiting pushed the shares to low, his sell supply made a short term distortation in supply/demand, now that the dumping has finished and sell supply seems to have stopped, .4s is stacking up rather well and some bids hitting into .45s.

Whilst Im not happy with any of DTs actions, the share price action is a different thing altogether, it seems that there is now a natural supply-demand ratio (without excess free shares getting dumped onto market)

Suspect buyers at .4 and the tiny amount that went through under that (less than $10k worth) are going to have entered in at the lows, great returns to me made in the short term imo as the new CEO tries to make his mark with some news flow. Long term not as certain, but market showing some demands and support, which is positive for the next few months or so.

While I agree with you, you cannot put the price action of the last week/month/qtr down to DTs exit.. There has been a huge amount of down pressure outside the amount of shares in deans possession.
