My personal reason, dont get me wrong not a fan of everything thats transpired, infact I think pretty close to the worse has happened, in a bearish market, with low sentiment, you are getting top holder dumping into lows coupled failed/poorly executed cap raisings. I think its caused an exaggerated reaction in price, which will see the pendulum swing back to a more fair market cap, not saying we will be close to anywhere near to highs we have seen before, but can easily see a 30-40 mill market cap again, which is 2-3 mulitple from here.
