Yikes. $325k a year!? I am sure you know of other companies where that in comparison is absolutely ridiculous.

That contributes to my feeling that he was pushed out. This was perhaps not a voluntary step down. Board could have been searching in the background for a few months.

I think remaining shareholders should be happy with this announcement. Hopefully he can push forward a better vision and strategy to achieve it.

Good luck all. Been a dumpster fire for a while. Hopefully this guy can pull it back over the next year. He seems like he has some good experience.
