DT openly saying he and MA wouldn't partake in the CR was suicide to SP confidence and the board probably saw that as a sign of defeat as well. Talk about falling onto your own sword.
~I note he did buy $20k worth in the CR but that was pittance for him, and he eroded many shareholders ideas of participating before we knew he chipped in.
