Dear Shareholders,
I wanted to take this opportunity to update you on events since the resignation of Clay Epstein & the appointment of the new management team, as well as provide a clear direction on what to expect from the company moving forwards.
My current main objectives include a restructuring initiative to address commercial performance and strategic priorities, with a focus on selling our own product over partnering with other firms.
This process includes a review of all current POC’s, as well as strategic and operational reviews in all functional areas of the organization which I am almost through completing.
I aim to provide a more thorough update to the market on or before Friday the 17th of June.
I look forward to this next stage for Zyber with a strong focus on organic growth and commercialization of our unique risk mitigation solution and providing shareholders with a consistent and measurable newsflow.
